By using this website and placing an order you agree to these terms.

The products

We photograph our tees as accurately as we can. Colour can vary slightly between screens and between dye lots. Measurements shown in the size chart are garment measurements, taken flat, with a small tolerance.

Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order.

Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, you are refunded in full.

Intellectual property

The OSO name, the bear mark, all artwork, photography and site content belong to OSO Clothing and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
