Returns and Refunds

At OSO we want you to be happy with what you have bought. If something is not right, you may return it within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility

Items must be unworn and unwashed, with the original tags attached and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn.

How to start a return

Email us at help@osoclothing.in or call +91 92475 97336 with your order number. We will confirm the return and share the pickup or return address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. Depending on your bank, it can take a further 2 to 5 working days to appear on your statement. Shipping charges, where paid, are not refunded.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch. Email help@osoclothing.in as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it under the policy above.

Exchanges

For a different size or colour, place a return and a fresh order. This is the fastest way to get the piece you want while stock lasts.
